The Ministry of Culture has rejected Congress’s claims of missing Jawaharlal Nehru papers from the Prime Ministers Museum and Library (PMML). The ministry stated that 51 cartons of Nehru’s private family letters were sent to Sonia Gandhi in 2008, and their whereabouts are known, asserting these documents are national heritage, not private property.
