Mistaken identity? Gurudwara cook who was kidnapped & killed was not intended target

A Sikh temple volunteer, Avtaar Singh, was abducted and found dead in California, authorities confirmed. Officials stated Singh was not the intended target of the kidnapping, which occurred after another individual for a specific, undisclosed reason.
