A UP Police constable, JB Gautam, was arrested for allegedly abetting the suicide of a woman who accused him of mental harassment and breaking a marriage promise. The woman, who was living separately from her husband, reportedly met Gautam four years ago, and their relationship allegedly led to her distress after he refused to marry her.
