Goa nightclub co-owners Gaurav and Saurabh Luthra have sought anticipatory bail in Delhi as investigations into a deadly fire intensify. Interpol has issued a blue corner notice against the brothers, believed to be in Thailand, while their business partner was detained. Authorities are also moving to impound their passports.
