Carpooling app, Rs 2.7k crore push: Delhi minister outlines plan to curb toxic air

Delhi environment minister Manjinder Singh Sirsa on Wednesday announced that his government is launching its own carpooling app as the pollution level rises in National capital. He also announced a Rs 2700-crore allocation over 10 years to the MCD.
