BJP spokesperson Shehzad Poonawalla alleged his mother was deliberately run over by a car in Pune, leaving her seriously injured. The accused reportedly fled the scene. Poonawalla’s mother is set to undergo surgery, and he has appealed to the Pune police for the swift arrest of the perpetrator.
