Unnao rape case: SC rejects Kuldeep Sengar’s bail plea, asks HC for ‘out of turn’ hearing

The Supreme Court has directed the Delhi High Court to expedite the hearing of former BJP MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar’s plea for bail and suspension of sentence in the Unnao rape victim’s father’s custodial death case.
